We have been visiting PV for over 15 years and, recently were in PV on several occasions to look at several different properties with Dana. Throughout the whole process, she went above and beyond in her communication with us. Once we decided on a home and made an offer, she explained each step of the buying process and made sure we understood everything. Since we were buying the home from long distance, and were not able to be in-person to go thru each step, we trusted her judgement to work on our behalf. She made sure everything was always in order and was in sync with what we were expecting in or new home.
Dana has wonderful relationships with everyone involved in the closing process, as well as other agents, and you can tell she is highly respected in Puerto Vallarta’s real estate business. Since closing, Dana has followed up with us and answered all of our many questions about setting up residency in PV. She is highly knowledgeable about the area and has been an invaluable resource to us.
